Rdrain SubSoil Pipe Introduction
R Drain Sub Soil Pipe is a pre perforated HDPE pipe along with a factory fitted Geotextile sleeve. The pipe is made of a moulded core and is porous in 2/3 rd surface area with designated covered area at the bottom which gives route for easy flow of water which enters the pipe. The effectiveness of the Sub Soil Drainage system depends on the water drainage capacity of the system so that the presence of water is minimized and thereby protecting the building structure. Our product ensures that the water around the pipe is filtered into the pipe and diverted to the allocated location from where it can be drained off. The product is in a ready to install model wherein the pipe is pre perforated and Filter sleeve is factory fitted. It comes in various diameters which can be used as per design parameters in terms of location and purpose. We can also customize some of the products based on client requirements.

Product Description
R-Drain HDPE Subsoil pipe is ideal for any subsoil drainage systems as it allows easier discharge of groundwater and thereby avoiding the chances of secondary leakage. It also prevents the accumulation of water along the retaining walls. Being lightweight it is easier for transportation and installation.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Installation Procedure:
Refer Subsoil Drawings for laying details, and for installation details refer installation manual guide provided by the Manufacturer
Storage & Handling:
The pipes must be unloading by manually or by the use of suitable cranes. The pipes are to be placed in a cool, dry place. Pipes must be stored on a flat surface that is free of any sharp object to avoid perforation of Geotextile. Pipes will be stacked one on another. Proper care should be taken as the 1/3 closed side of the pipe should always be on the bottom side of the stack for all the pipes. Pipes should be covered with suitable material when exposed to sunlight. All fittings should be stored in cool, dry storage.
